the REALTOR® Designation
Many consumers consider selling their home directly but eventually turn to REALTORS®. Smart home sellers realize they need the expertise in pricing their home, making connections with REALTORS® working with buyers, arranging and staffing open houses, and coordinating with other professionals in the sales process.
       Only about half of all real estate agents are REALTORS® -- the top half, in our not-so-humble opinion. REALTORS® work independently, for small agencies, or for large brokerages. They help people buy and sell residential or commercial properties, vacation homes, and land; they conduct appraisals; they operate in the United States and in other countries; some specialize in auctions; and others are buyer's representatives.

e-PRO Designation
The e-PRO® Internet Professional Certification program is the only online training course for Internet professionalism recognized by the National Association of Realtors. e-PRO® is offered through REALTOR® University and is the industry's first comprehensive internet certification program for real estate professionals.
       Consumers who work with an e-PRO® expert can expect to save time, money and maximize the tremendous marketing potential of their properties via the Internet. As e-PRO® certified real estate agents, Jeff and I have joined the ranks of a special community of highly skilled and continuously trained professionals who provide high quality and innovative on-line based real estate services.
       Consumers can identify e-PRO® certified agents through the exclusive e-PRO® Internet professional logo.

Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR)
The ABR designation sets my entire team apart and indicates that we practice buyer representation. I belong to a group of REALTORS who are on the cutting edge of real estate services.
       One of the most critical real estate issues today, buyer representation is the answer to requests by consumer advocates, consumers, and other organizations for ethical and professional service to those clients and customers interested in acquiring real property.

RRI - Relocation Resources Certified
As a RRI Relocation Specialist, I help those looking to relocate to the Greater Pittsburgh area, as well as provide information about local publiic and private schools, events and guidance.
