We wanted to say thank you for hiring such a genuine
person as Mona. She was there for us for everything.
Whatever we needed, Mona was ready and willing. She
got all of our estimates for our house because we could
not attend the inspection. Brandon was away on business
and she did everything he was supposed to do (get mortgage
companies specifically). I felt very comfortable even
though I really couldn’t be there to do anything.
She didn’t complain or argue or try to change
my decisions. Although we wanted to buy every house
we saw, Mona kept us level headed. We really appreciated
it because we are first time homebuyers.
If there is anything
we can say it is this: if you are a first time homebuyer,
get Mona.

We wish to thank you for the professional help you
gave us in finding and purchasing of our new home. We
realize that it was made extra difficult; due to the
long distance we were moving. However, we often felt
that we were your only customer, always there to help
with information and going out of your way to search
for homes that met our needs.
We felt very comfortable with our choice knowing as
much as we did about the area. The CEO of my company
highly recommended you as our Agent, I could not agree
more. Will refer your services to others that join my
growing company as well as my neighbors and friends.
Please feel free to allow future homebuyers to call
me for a reference. Letting you take care of the details
allowed us to concentrate on other tasks.

Our home in Pittsburgh was our fourth home in nine
years, so we certainly have the experience with relocating
and Arlene had handled both the purchase and the sale.
Friends who recently transferred referred us to Arlene.
Regardless of the referral, we were still skeptical.
Arlene was very different from the others. She took
a very personal interest in out needs as a family in
looking for a new home. We couldn’t tell her if
we wanted a colonial, split, big yard, contemporary,
etc. but she quickly gauged our attitudes as we looked
through house after house and found us two houses which
we were torn between. When our first choice sold before
we had an opportunity to bid on it, we were resigned
to pay “asking” on our second choice and
told her so. Her response was “you’ll do
no such thing!” At close to midnight we sat in
her office while she negotiated our offer like a tiger…and
closed the deal!
We could go on and
on about how aggressive Arlene is. She spent time with
us as if we were her only customer in strategizing the
timing and pricing in selling our home. She even gave
us advice on a deal we had going on the purchase of
a new home in New Jersey. Although she aggressively
marketed our home, it was her professional contacts
that brought in a buyer from out of town.
Choosing Arlene
to represent you, either in the purchase of sale of
a home, should be a “no brainer!”
