Jeff was never more than a phone call away, and I knew that I could always reach him with the many questions that popped up. He even ended up making a lot of important phone calls for us, saying “I know you’re busy at work, so don’t worry about it.” We spent a lot of time with him in person and on the phone, but somehow it felt like we were his only clients and that we were his main concern. That is something that I think is very important when making this kind of purchase, and Jeff and [Arlen’s] staff were a really big help.
       With this being our first home, we were very inexperienced with how the entire home-buying process worked—Jeff always had the time to explain things to us in a way that we could understand. I was shocked when Jeff came to our house to go over papers and ended up staying until after 11 pm! I can’t imagine many other realtors being willing to sacrifice their time quite like that.
